Trucker Verification

Helping clients connect with truckers with confidence

At TruckerLink, we believe direct connection works best when it is supported by trust and transparency.

We are building a marketplace where clients can view trucker profiles, understand who they are connecting with and communicate directly before making transport arrangements.

Verified Trucker Profiles

TruckerLink truckers may be required to complete verification and onboarding checks before receiving a verified profile.

Depending on the profile and services offered, verification may include:

• Identity verification
• Driver’s licence verification
• Relevant vehicle or truck documentation
• Contact information verification
• Reference checks
• Additional suitability checks where appropriate

A verified profile helps clients identify truckers who have completed the applicable TruckerLink verification process.

Verification Does Not Replace Your Own Checks

Verification is designed to provide an additional layer of confidence. It does not mean that TruckerLink guarantees a trucker’s performance, pricing, availability or conduct.

Clients should discuss the transport requirements, price and arrangements directly with the trucker and make informed decisions before confirming a service.

Ratings & Reviews

After using a trucker’s services, clients can provide ratings and reviews based on their experience.

Ratings help future clients make more informed decisions and encourage truckers to maintain high standards of service.

Direct Communication

Clients can communicate directly with truckers through TruckerLink before making arrangements.

This allows both parties to clarify:

• What needs to be transported
• Pickup and delivery details
• Timing
• Truck requirements
• Pricing
• Any special requirements

Our Commitment

TruckerLink is committed to building a marketplace based on:

Transparency • Verification • Direct Communication • Accountability

As our network grows, we will continue developing our verification and trust measures to support a safer and more reliable experience for both clients and truckers.
